Selection and Placement
As MYDEM, our aim is to realize the selection and placement process with the policy of “the right person for the right job”.
Performance Management
All white and blue collar employees are evaluated through a performance evaluation system. In our company, where target-oriented and competency-based performance evaluations conducted with the participation of employees are used in a mixed manner, wages, premiums and promotions of employees are determined according to the results of performance evaluations.
Development Management
Managers determine the Knowledge and Skill Competency levels of employees once a year. Personal development plans and annual training programs are prepared accordingly. Trainings are organized as external, internal and/or on-the-job training. The electronic training program is also used extensively in our company.
Wage Management and Recognition Rewarding
With the wage management system, it is aimed to create a fair wage structure that can respond to the requirements of current working life.
In our organization, wage increases are made once a year based on performance evaluation results and market conditions.
