Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) titled “Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform”, our company MYDEM (“Mevlüt Yiğit Döküm ve Endüstriyel Malzemeler”), which is the data controller, has the obligation to inform the data owners about the identity of MYDEM (“Mevlüt Yiğit Döküm ve Endüstriyel Malzemeler”), the purposes of personal data processing, the persons to whom personal data are transferred and the purposes of transfer, the legal reasons and methods of collecting personal data, the rights of the personal data owner to the data controller as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

Article 10/1 (a) of the LPPD titled “Data Controller's Obligation to Inform” imposes the obligation to inform the data subject about the identity of the data controller.
